At Emergens, we aim to ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Time & Partners
Once shipped, orders usually reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We use reliable courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, and, Shiprocket, DTDC, Blue Dart.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000.00
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders above ₹1500.00 only
An additional COD fee of ₹125.00 is applicable.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at the delivery address.
Repeated refusals of COD orders may lead to the suspension of COD service for that customer.
6. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order from your Emergens account dashboard.
7. PackagingÂ
All jewellery is securely packed in a tamper-proof box/envelope
8. Delivery Delays or Failures
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, logistics challenges, or regional lockdowns.
If your area is marked as non-serviceable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
If the courier makes multiple attempts and the order is not received, it may be returned to us.
9. Incorrect Address or Contact Info
 Please double-check your shipping address and phone number while placing the       order. Emergens is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
10. Damaged Packages
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the delivery.
Take clear photos of the packaging and label.
Email us immediately at connect.with.emergens@gmail.com with the order number and images.
We will review and assist with a replacement, if applicable.
