1. Is your jewelry real silver?

No, our pieces are not made from real silver. We use high-quality brass with an oxidized silver-like finish, giving the look of antique silver without the high price tag of real silver.

2. Will the jewelry tarnish or lose color?

With proper care, our jewelry retains its finish for a long time. However, as it's made of brass and not pure silver, exposure to moisture, sweat, or perfumes may cause some fading over time. We recommend storing it in a dry place.

3. Is the jewelry heavy to wear?

Most of our pieces are lightweight to moderately weighted, making them comfortable for all-day wear. Statement pieces may feel heavier but are carefully designed to balance style and comfort.

4. Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our jewelry is generally skin-safe, but since it contains brass and metal alloys, we recommend a patch test if you have very sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Avoid wearing jewelry on freshly moisturized or sweaty skin.

5. Do you accept returns if I don’t like the product?

6. How do I take care of my oxidized jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Store it in a dry, airtight box or zip pouch. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and sweat. Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. This will help preserve the finish and prevent tarnishing.

7. Are your products handmade?

No, most of our pieces are NOT handmade , however few pieces are a beautiful amalgamation of machine made and handcrafted.


8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹1500, with a small additional fee. The option will appear at checkout if your pin code is serviceable.

9. How do I know if the jewelry will suit me?

As much as we can, we try to show our jewelry on models to give you a true sense of scale and look. We also include product dimensions (on statement earrings) and styling tips so you can confidently choose what fits your personality and wardrobe.
