Returns and Refunds Policy

At Emergens, we take great care in the quality, packaging, and delivery of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

You have received the wrong product.

You have received an incomplete order.

🛑 We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of design, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Return Request Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

1. Email us at [connect.with.emergens@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mention your order number, describe the issue, and attach clear photos of:

The damaged/defective product

Outer packaging

Invoice

Once verified, we will initiate the return process.

3. Return Conditions

Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

The return pickup (if eligible) will be arranged by us.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to send the product back to us, and we will reimburse a reasonable courier fee.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method (or via UPI/Bank Transfer in case of COD orders).

COD convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return unless damaged.

Nose pins are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless received damaged.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

To cancel, please email us at connect.with.emergens@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
